Caylix Consulting is the management company of the Caylix Group. All aspects relating to the corporate affairs of both the member companies as well as of the group as a collective entity, are the responsibility of Caylix Consulting. As part of this mandate, Caylix Consulting directly manages some of the larger projects that the Caylix Group are involved with.

 

Caylix aspires to develop new businesses and integrate them into a network – we do not just draw up business plans or assist in a financing process, although these are crucial outcomes as well. Caylix Consulitng is the executive branch of this ideal, and see to it that due processes are completed to this end.

 

The company is a business development consultancy and the business of the company is to facilitate and support clients on projects, be it giving advice on the process of a project or participating as an active partner/associate of the business the project and bringing the expertise we have to the client.

 

Caylix Consulting is the external face of the Caylix Group, the one doing all of the official scouting and Relations Management. All collective group decisions are implimented by Caylix Consulting. Its business is that of providing  access to all business development services.

 

In taking care of the above, the other members of the Group can focus all of their resources on becoming the best within their own fields.

When dealing with an external client, Caylix Consulting combines all of the specialised services delivered by the other members of the group, into one service offering - thereby contributing a comprehensive service to the projects that we are involved with. For a client, all of the effort that goes with dealing with various service providers are thus eliminated.

We pull all of the threads together, making sense of the vast sea of opportunities, responsibilities and current operations in front of an endeavour. After this, through the other Caylix Group member companies under our management, we deliver the precise, integrated, services needed. You'll get what you want and need. Just that - nothing less, nothing more.

At Caylix Consulting we believe in taking initiative - our trademark is to handle projects in radically new ways. Our services are customised to address each clients different needs. The service process with the client is personalised, a great amount of time is spent on building a relationship with the client - this ensures that the development process of the business stays true to the original idea/passion of the client. 

 

What Caylix Consulting do is to holistically assist with the entire process of business development - whatever the client needs, we will identify it in the consultantions and provide a solution to the problem.

 

The meetings with the clients are personal consulting sessions, in these sessions it is determined by the consultant what needs the client have and the how these needs will be addressed.  Caylix Consulting analyse the business of the client, we give advice and make recommendations regarding the clients enquiries and problems.

 

All aspects of the business development will be handled, Caylix Consulting may handle many of the aspects internally, and others may even be referred to and outsourced to associates, Caylix Consulting will manage all of this.  Caylix Consulting will ensure that the client receives the complete product.
